I had ordered two sets of rings for the 2 for 1 deal and receive them both as intended with no issues or delays.
Upon receiving the Order I noticed that the originally intended January and February stones were colored orange and clear. The order was made as a birthday present for my best friend, I intentionally chose the colours red and purple because those are the colours of our birthstones.
When I sent in a response saying that the stones don't match what I ordered I kept being told that those were the stones that I had ordered because a change to the stones internally was made after the date of my order. I was confused because I had taken a photo of what I was ordering and the stone colours that were available on the website on the day of the placed order. I proceeded provide that photo and was told again that those are the new colours that were updated after the date of my order. Causing more confusion and more emails.
After some more emails back and forth proving my understanding and expectation of what I had ordered I was graciously offered the options of a refund and/or a replacement. Jake and Annie were in contact with me through the remainder of the process where I was able to refund two of the rings from the original order and reorder the other two in the accurate and correct stone colours.

really did make for a good experience. I cannot wait for the replacement rings to come in so I can give a little late birthday present to my friend.
