Received my items in the exact timeframe that indigo Luna said I would! The tracking was very spot on. The items are beautiful! I received both rings I ordered and had a snag with one that Chloe from Indigo Luna corrected and made right for me by going out of her way! Initially customer service responded to my concern but Chloe went out of her way to respond afterwards and made sure I was very happy with the solution! I am so thankful for her and can’t wait to receive my replacement. I also plan to purchase more from Indigo Luna for Mother’s Day! Thanks again. 😊

I order from Canada, I ordered the Eterna birthstone rings with engraving, it took 4 weeks to get to me which I heard it took a while for products to arrive but the company sends you emails updating you on why step they are on with making your product which is very reassuring. With being from Canada I did end up having to pay duties on it but it was worth it. The prices and 2 for 1 deals are great! The product is beautiful in photos, videos and on their website and it does come just as beautiful and packaged nicely. I like the option to customize and add engravings, I would have liked more characters allowed for engraving and thought the engraving would be more prominent. It is a little hard to see and it is smaller than excepted but it is a small ring. Unfortunately with my order I was a little mislead on the true colours of the birthstones. I used their social media to help guide me as their website when choosing the colour was imaged one way then the product shows you what it would look like with your chosen birthstone, which is a great feature to help you visualize, however the colours weren’t matching up. I made a decision based on their ads and postings of a birthstone, so I trusted the real life representation. The birthstones seem to be a lot lighter in person and unfortunately my July Ruby birthstone arrived as a light pink and not a deeper colour or red colour… this is a sentimental gift for someone and it was quite disappointing considering the amount of time and extra fees I spent on it. I spoke with customer service and Abbie was fantastic! She was very quick at responding, warm, friendly and extremely understanding. She immediately had a list of solutions for me to assist and make my experience even better and ensure customer satisfaction. She was able to instantly correct my order and send it my way effortlessly, with ease and grace. Thank you so much for your support!

I ordered two rings from here, the birthstone rings, they are absolutely gorgeous. The delivery can take like a week up to two weeks but you are updated every step of the way, I got emails telling me when they had finish making the rings, when it was packaged and when it was dispatched.
I had an issue with one of the rings but straightaway Jake from Client service Executives, sorted it out, and ordered a replacement. I can’t praise them enough, I’m absolutely obsessed. Will definitely be ordering again

I had ordered two sets of rings for the 2 for 1 deal and receive them both as intended with no issues or delays.

Upon receiving the Order I noticed that the originally intended January and February stones were colored orange and clear. The order was made as a birthday present for my best friend, I intentionally chose the colours red and purple because those are the colours of our birthstones.
When I sent in a response saying that the stones don't match what I ordered I kept being told that those were the stones that I had ordered because a change to the stones internally was made after the date of my order. I was confused because I had taken a photo of what I was ordering and the stone colours that were available on the website on the day of the placed order. I proceeded provide that photo and was told again that those are the new colours that were updated after the date of my order. Causing more confusion and more emails.

After some more emails back and forth proving my understanding and expectation of what I had ordered I was graciously offered the options of a refund and/or a replacement. Jake and Annie were in contact with me through the remainder of the process where I was able to refund two of the rings from the original order and reorder the other two in the accurate and correct stone colours.

The effort to:
- From my perspective fix the problem
- While from Annie and Jake's perspective; keep a client
really did make for a good experience. I cannot wait for the replacement rings to come in so I can give a little late birthday present to my friend.

Very happy with my Order I got a ring and bracelet, the 5 initial one, I had an issue with my bracelet and the chain breaking after only having it for about a month, the staff were very quick to get back to me and help with my issue in either a gift card or complete replacement of the bracelet, I asked for a replacement as the Initial bracelet is very meaningful to me, they issued it immediately. Very appreciative of their quick response and willingness to help.
