Unfortunately, this is my second negative review for this company.
I reached out a couple weeks ago just to follow up on the status of my order. I placed the order Feb 3 and received no communication as to my order status. The CEO Jules reached out following my previous review saying he was keeping a personal eye on the status of my order. I ordered 2 Eloise rings for myself and my best friend who has moved away. I was hoping they’d arrive before March 4, but knew the production window was 4 weeks so it was possible they wouldn’t arrive in time.
March 4 passed so I reached out to customer service, who provides the same basic vague response every time you ask any question. They said there was a delay with my order due to the volume of orders they received and they didn’t know when it would ship. The same day I decided to read more reviews and it seems they changed the birthstone colour for July (my birth month) from red/pink to orange on January 16. The colour on the website still shows red/pink for the rings. So now, I have no updates on my order and the order may have the wrong colour because they never updated their website.
I’ve reached out to customer service and no response. Reached out to the CEO and no response. I’ve already showed my best friend a mock up of the ring so she is expecting it and it’s most likely going to be wrong and I need to spend more money out of my own pocket to ship it to her.
I would never order from this company again and am hoping to get a refund or else I’ll be filing a charge back on my card.
