I would give 0 stars if that were an option. I ordered a suit for a wedding and went to the Mall of America location to get measured. The ordering and the measuring process went smoothly, however the store never took the order hold off after I was measure.
A month later and still no suit I reach out to customer service who deflects that they need to talk to the showroom. Jonathon asks if an email response is okay, and I say no, I request a phone call to resolve my issue. I call customer support back hours later after no response and request to speak to a supervisor to which I’m told I can’t be transferred to one and they would call back. Customer support Tyler said there was no timeframe on when a callback would occur.
Approximately a half hour after this 2nd call I receive an email, against my request for a phone call from Jonathon who states the Mall of America store is responsible for not removing my order hold. The options presented are either go ahead and make the suit, or not. Nothing about them doing their best to rush the order for it to arrive in time, and no other support. Again, I request to speak to a supervisor on receipt of my reply to this email to which I have received no other correspondence.
So now I’m a week away from my best friend’s wedding without a suit, still no call from a supervisor at customer support, still no resolution, and no suit for me with laughably bad customer support.
Do yourself a favor, go with Brooks Brothers, Men’s warehouse, or support your local tuxedo rental. Go anywhere but Indochino.
