Had an issue with Indra wall charger not connecting to a new internet provider. Tried all ways through regular trouble shooting with no luck. Contacted Indra technical via web page and got an immediate response asking for some easily available technical info, which was responded to.Received a very quick response from Jack at Indra who sent through three options with clear and concise step by step instructions of how to reset. Once the instruction option for my situation was implemented an immediate connection was made between Wi-Fi and wall charger. Excellent service.
