I ordered two small single sheets for an adjustable bed in a grey stripe pattern. They took about a week to arrive, but the wrong color was sent. I initially thought the wrong size was also included, so I reached out to customer support, which is just one person. He replied three days later, claiming he sent me grey, which he did not. To resolve this, I called him, and we confirmed the size was correct, but the labels clearly said white instead of grey. He promised to send the grey sheets and include a returns label for the white ones, but I'm still waiting a week later. I emailed him again to ask about my grey sheets, and he told me they were delivered on January 5th, providing tracking information for the white sheets instead. There has been no sign of the correct ones, so I cannot recommend this service.
