I ordered two small single sheets for an adjustable bed in a grey stripe pattern. They took about a week to arrive, but unfortunately, the wrong color was sent. I initially thought the wrong size was also delivered, so I reached out to customer support, which turned out to be just one individual. He responded three days later, insisting he had sent the grey ones, which he did not. To resolve the issue, I ended up calling him, and we confirmed that the size was correct, but the labels on the sheets clearly indicated white instead of grey. He promised to send the grey sheets and include a returns label for the white ones, but I am still waiting a week later. I followed up via email to check on my grey sheets, and he informed me they were delivered on January 5th, providing tracking information for the white sheets instead. There has been no sign of the correct ones, so I cannot recommend this service.
