Their policy states orders will be dispatched within 24 hours, yet it has been several days without any updates. I attempted to reach them via email and phone, but there has been no response, and the contact number isn't working. This is extremely unprofessional and concerning. I've ordered from many other brands without such poor service. No dispatch, no tracking, no replies—this feels fraudulent. I strongly advise others to reconsider before purchasing from this company.
