This isnt the first time i am disappointed with Indy good. Earlier, they had sent a completely wrong product and inspite of sending them pictures, the person insisted that I shouldnt have removed the box label and given the OTP. Due to this they cannot take back the product.

Now, i have placed an order on 12th Feb and I havent seen any progress on it. No response to Whatsapp call or msg.

Looks like this site is not operational right now

Terrible Experience with Delayed Order

I strongly recommend avoiding this platform unless you're okay with paying high prices and receiving absolutely nothing in return. Very Disappointing Experience

Very disappointing experience – feels like a scam. I paid a significant amount for ladyfinger biscuits. Their policy states orders will be dispatched within 24 hours, yet it has been several days without any updates. I attempted to reach them via email and phone, but there has been no response, and the contact number isn't working. This is extremely unprofessional and concerning. I've ordered from many other brands without such poor service. No dispatch, no tracking, no replies—this feels fraudulent. I strongly advise others to reconsider before purchasing from this company.

I Wish I Could Rate Zero

I wish I could give a zero rating. They took my money and never sent the goods. Now I'm trying to work with my bank for a refund. NEVER USE THEM. They promise dispatch in 24 hours, and it has been almost 16 days with no shipment.
