I was kindly bought vouchers for myself and my friends to visit the Cheese Barge but I managed to muck up booking it in time twice. Helen, Head of Experiences, and Charlie from Bookings went above and beyond and extended my vouchers not once but twice, even after I had redeemed and run into problems.I thank you for the time you took to rectified my mistakes and for your excellent customer service- would definitely book through Indytute again in the future.
