I purchased an voucher as a gift, however due to me typing the email incorrectly the voucher wasn't received. I emailed and this was resent to the correct email quickly.

I bought an experience voucher from Indyute London through NOTHS. I gave it to a reciepient and they did not realise there was only a 6 month window to use it as the actual voucher never came through to my email (it was hidden in my NOTHS account which was not made clear). I contacted them to explain this and see if the voucher could be extended - after all i have paid the money for it and the experience is still being offered at the same price. They flat out refused saying it was expired. I have had experience vouchers with other companies that let you extend for a fee which i would have been happy to do. Instead that is £70 down the drain and I will not be buying from this company again.
Indytute have provided absolutely fantastic customer service on two occasions now. I was kindly bought vouchers for myself and my friends to visit the Cheese Barge but I managed to muck up booking it in time twice. Helen, Head of Experiences, and Charlie from Bookings went above and beyond and extended my vouchers not once but twice, even after I had redeemed and run into problems.I thank you for the time you took to rectified my mistakes and for your excellent customer service- would definitely book through Indytute again in the future.
I bought the tickets/vouchers via Indytute, it was so easy and the customer service has been great as we had to reschedule a few times. My fiancé and I attended the kintsugi workshop with Claire on Valentine’s Day and we loved it! We have 2 beautiful decorative plates in our home now as a cute memory. The process was super clear and easy to get up to speed with, the venue is nicely tucked away out of busy central London and we thought the timing was great. We didn’t feel like it was too short or too long. Claire is lovely and we’d highly recommend! We have 2 souvenirs now and have learnt a new skill :)
I redeemed a voucher of a gift that was given to me however I had to book the session with they said provider via in your service, which I thought was a clumsy way to go about it. I would’ve rather been communicating with the provider directly. That being said I booked the voucher for tomorrow for Valentine’s Day only to find out that there’s only one session rather than two, which defeats the purpose considering it’s on Valentine’s Day and a gift for me and my partner thank you. I’ve had to cancel it now. I’m gonna make other arrangements. I really do not rate your service.
I purchased the secret garden package as a wedding gift. They are waiting for spring to use it, so I can't rate the package itself. However, I can rate customer service. Charlie was exceptionally responsive. They answered all my questions. The voucher process worked just as promised. Thank you.
I would not recommend purchasing vouchers from this company The Indytute. I received a voucher as a gift, activated it on their website, and then attempted to book the experience on four separate occasions over a three-week period.I contacted the company three times during this process and was repeatedly advised to “try again next week” because they had run out of booking codes, which was the reason the system was not working.However, the voucher had already been paid for and successfully activated. Experiences should not be sold if the company does not have the availability or codes required to allow customers to book. This resulted in unnecessary frustration and a poor overall experience. I have now requested a refund to go back to the purchaser.I would not recommend purchasing this as a gift. Unfortunately, it creates more hassle for the recipient than enjoyment.
Bit of a scam with vouchers. The voucher I was sent apparently needed to be “registered” within 6 months before use which wasn’t on the original email. I tried to use the voucher more than 6 months after I received it but before the expiry date and it didn’t work. Then contacted customer service say after expiry to ask for an extension and told there was a £20 ‘admin fee’ to facilitate anything. Moneygrubbing approach to customer service.
