Bit of a scam with vouchers. The voucher I was sent apparently needed to be “registered” within 6 months before use which wasn’t on the original email. I tried to use the voucher more than 6 months after I received it but before the expiry date and it didn’t work. Then contacted customer service say after expiry to ask for an extension and told there was a £20 ‘admin fee’ to facilitate anything. Moneygrubbing approach to customer service.
