What an amazing company. In a world where customer service has fallen off a cliff edge these guys are amazing. Lets me honest I'm a complete muppet sometimes and if there is a way of getting something technical wrong i'll find it. Every step of the way they have helped, during set up, changing the box when the battery died and registering the new box on my kit. The turn around time to get the new box out was just a couple of days. I've recently purchased a 2nd airbag and they helped again getting it set up on one account.They are always friendly and always helpful. Other business should take note this is how customer service is done!!!
