Exceptional Support and Service

A friend in the racing community introduced me to the company, sharing their positive experiences with the products. I encountered a minor issue with the pins in my sensor, and with a bit of guidance from the support team, I was able to resolve it myself. They assured me not to worry and promptly sent a replacement unit, even though mine was out of warranty. It's rare to find businesses that go the extra mile like this. I am truly impressed. Addressing hidden costs

I want to address the so-called 'hidden costs'—they're not hidden at all. When you purchase a jacket, you buy it from the manufacturer but rent the airbag system from the company. The cost of the jacket can vary significantly, mine was around 300€. You do need to factor in the rental fees as well. It’s worth checking the prices of Italian brands to see for yourself. Also, if you trigger the airbag, you can replace the canister in just about 10 minutes. The algorithms for triggering the airbag are based on real user experiences and are continuously improved. All manufacturers clearly state the rental costs—hidden costs? Seriously? Regarding customer service, I contacted them several times via phone and email and always encountered friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

The company promptly handled my case regarding an unnecessary deployment and responded within a few hours asking for more details. Once they received the necessary information, they analyzed the data immediately and provided a detailed report. They confirmed the deployment was unnecessary and sent me a new inflator at no cost. I was kept updated throughout the process, and the company takes these matters seriously to enhance their product algorithms. Safety products are important, and they manage them well. A+ for customer service, setting an example for many others. PS: Kudos to the representative who was fantastic to work with!

Concerns about costs

The product itself is decent, but the hidden fees are absurd. First, the monthly subscription allows only three months for cancellation, which is a challenge since most people ride less than six months a year. If your jacket gets stolen or lost, be ready for an additional 300€ charge, despite the unit costing less than 25€ to manufacture. They also quickly deduct the last 12€ for monthly fees. Additionally, the promised tracking of your gear usage isn't functioning, meaning you're paying for features that aren't delivered. I will consider other brands.

Outstanding customer support!

I've owned the product for over five years and have contacted them twice—once after an activation and again regarding a battery issue. In both instances, their customer service was exemplary. I would highly recommend them.

Caution regarding cancellation

I looked into purchasing a new jacket and found one with an airbag version, which I bought. Unfortunately, after registering it and receiving the airbag unit, it wouldn't turn on. I tried resetting it and charging it, but it still failed to work. I took it to a local shop, and they suspected the unit was damaged. I attempted to reach customer service but faced long response times. Now, I'm left with a non-functional airbag jacket and hope to cancel my subscription, though I'm not optimistic based on others' experiences.
