It appears they prioritize government contracts over public orders. I've been patient, but the lack of updates from customer service, which only responds after several days, is frustrating. My delivery date has been pushed multiple times, and I’m left wondering. I wish they would communicate better and not take on new customers until they can fulfill orders promptly.
