I own a Flex 1500, which worked well when it charged, but recently it has completely stopped charging. I've attempted to contact the support team through email and phone for months without receiving any responses. My backup battery has now turned into a useless item. The emails indicate they’ve been seen, so why the lack of communication?
We purchased the Apex in early 2020. It was mainly used as a UPS for my computer and taken camping for a total of six weeks since then. The on/off switch and disk failed. I reached out for repair, but they declined and had no parts available. Local shops couldn't help either. It feels like we have a $1000 anchor now.

Consider this a warning to potential customers. I ordered my Flex Tactical kit in November 2023, and it still hasn't been fulfilled. I've waited longer for this than for my home to be built. It appears they prioritize government contracts over public orders. I've been patient, but the lack of updates from customer service, which only responds after several days, is frustrating. My delivery date has been pushed multiple times, and I’m left wondering. I wish they would communicate better and not take on new customers until they can fulfill orders promptly.

Both work fine, but I’m still waiting for my MC4 to EC8 cables. Customer service was good at first, but now there's no communication. They seem to have fallen behind compared to competitors. Update: I received the cables unexpectedly, but there was no explanation for the delay.
I own three products from this company, including the original Kodiak and the Flex 1500 with two batteries. The CEO even traveled to gather customer feedback. When the Tactical Flex was released, I purchased one as well. This has been one of the best companies I’ve interacted with. If I have questions, I can speak directly with their engineers. I don’t understand the negative reviews; my friends with similar products have had great experiences too.
I echo others' sentiments. They claimed to have shipped my $3k+ unit, but the tracking shows it was returned to them. They then informed me it was 'stolen' but offered no recourse. I can't reach anyone by phone or email. This company has been a nightmare; please avoid them.
