I purchased a Flex 1500, and it performs as expected. Initially impressed, I ordered a second battery and the MPPT Supercharger, which took over a year to arrive. Both work fine, but I’m still waiting for my MC4 to EC8 cables. Customer service was good at first, but now there's no communication. They seem to have fallen behind compared to competitors. Update: I received the cables unexpectedly, but there was no explanation for the delay.
