I bought these shoes at the beginning of 2024. They felt somewhat comfortable for the first 15 minutes, so I removed the sticker. However, after wearing them for another half hour, they became unbearable. These are the most uncomfortable heels I've ever owned, which is disappointing given the company's claims about comfort and their high price. They've been sitting in my closet for a year and a half, and I’m unsure what to do with them. I can't bring myself to throw them away, but I also don't want to sell them. When I contacted customer service, they suggested a cobbler in New York to fix them, but I don't want to be running around fixing shoes I paid $300 for. I'm extremely disappointed and will not recommend this company.
