I can't express enough how impressed I am with the quality of the shoes and the customer service. I spoke with a representative who was incredibly helpful and a joy to work with. The shoes are among the most comfortable high-end pairs I've worn, especially the Sofia, which I wore to a gala. I was pleasantly surprised that I could wear them for hours without any discomfort. The Camilla style is also a favorite. I'm thankful for the attention to detail and look forward to future purchases.
I really should have looked at the reviews before placing my order—such a letdown. The boots looked cute and felt somewhat comfortable at first. After receiving constant marketing about their comfort, I finally bought a pair during a sale. However, the quality is outrageous for the price. These are the most uncomfortable heels I've ever owned, which is disappointing given the company's claims about comfort and their high price. They've been sitting in my closet for a year and a half, and I’m unsure what to do with them. I can't bring myself to throw them away, but I also don't want to sell them. When I contacted customer service, they suggested a cobbler in New York to fix them, but I don't want to be running around fixing shoes I paid $300 for. I'm extremely disappointed and will not recommend this company.
I had a dreadful experience with this company. They charged me excessive restocking fees, duplicated my order, sent five pairs of shoes but charged for six, and now want $160 to return them! This is ridiculous! The shoes are also not comfortable as they claim.

Although I returned the shoes because they didn’t match my dress, I will definitely order from this company again. My initial delivery was misrouted by UPS, and after contacting customer service, the representative was incredibly understanding and promptly offered to send me a new pair. They even allowed me to change the size without hesitation. While the shoes didn’t work out this time, I appreciate how they handled the situation. This is how companies should treat their customers, even when mistakes happen.
