I bought 2008 Nissan Altima, Leased 2016, 2019 & 2020 Infiniti QX50. At the end of my lease in January of 2024, I decided to buy out my 2020 Infiniti QX50. I started process by calling and getting my payoff on 1/31/2024, and Infiniti Financial Services received my payoff on 2/6/24. After couple of day I called to make sure everything is ok, then at that time they told me I need Odometer Statement which I emailed and faxed on 2/13/24. After couple of days I called to make sure everything is ok, then they told me I owe $300, which I paid on paid online, and again waited couple of days, and called again, to find out when I receive my title. Then at that time they said I owe $430, which I asked an they couldn't explain, which finally I paid it. I made more than 20 calls, and each time I got different answer. I never had this bad experience with any company. I do not recommend Nissan & Infiniti to anyone. This is one of the worse company to deal with. I will tell every member of my family, friends and everyone I know my worse experience with Nissan-Infiniti Company.
