Due to unexpected medical expenses, I needed an extension on my payment. I was told that I could not get on because I called 1 day too late. So, I need to make the late payment before they will give me an extension. I told Yohan, supposedly a supervisor, that I would not need an extension if I could make the payment. This company's idiotic policies and a lack of compassion for it's customers make for extremely poor customer service.
