I feel scammed. I pre-ordered two items that were supposed to arrive in August and one that was expected in November. The first item didn’t show up in August, so I reached out in September for an update. They informed me it would be November. Now, it’s early December, and I still haven’t received anything and haven’t heard back in almost a month. I won't be purchasing again; this experience has proven to be extremely unreliable.
