Review Time
Placed and order with this company in early January as they had the item I was looking for at good price. This should have been my first red flag. January ended with no email updates on the order so I reached out to them. Apparently my reach was not sufficient as they didnt respond. Mid-February arrived after several emails and messages through their social media I was forced to open a PayPal dispute against them. Still no response from Infinity Collectables. Finally today I received my refund with no contact ever received from Infinity. Avoid at all costs!!!
I placed a preorder with Infinity Collectibles on 6 January 2026 for an item advertised for release in early February. Before ordering, I checked their Trustpilot rating, which was sitting at a reassuring five stars. Based on that, I expected a reliable experience. Unfortunately, what followed was the opposite.
When early February passed with no update, I contacted them on 9 February. I never received a reply. Two full weeks went by with complete silence — no acknowledgement, no explanation, and no correction to the outdated release information still shown on their website at the time.
To make matters worse, the item I preordered has since disappeared entirely from their website, with no notice or communication to customers who already paid for it.
After giving them more than enough time to respond, I escalated the issue through PayPal. The refund was issued immediately, which strongly suggests this isn’t an isolated problem. Combined with the fact their Trustpilot rating has now dropped to 2.9 and will no doubt continue to fall, it’s clear that many customers are having similar experiences.
A retailer ignoring customers for weeks, removing products and forcing people to go through PayPal just to get basic resolution is simply not acceptable. I’m disappointed, especially after doing my homework beforehand, but the recent wave of negative reviews makes the situation much clearer.

Don't be scammed by this company. I ordered two 1/6 scale figures totalling £562 which were in stock. I received a notification email of the order but that was all. I would expect items that are in stock to ship very quickly. Four days later, having heard nothing about the progress of the order I contacted the company using their online form. All I got was a generic AI-generated response stating that I had a support ticket and someone would be in touch soon. Eight days later there has been no contact or update about my support ticket and there's no intention of doing so. I searched for the two figures I ordered on the website and they have 'mysteriously disappeared' as if they were never a stock item. They don't even show as being 'Out Of Stock' which is very suspect. I have raised a chargeback through PayPal and my credit card provider which is only going to cost them. Heed this warning don't deal with these clowns.

Unfortunately, they never received it.
I was contacted by Infinity Collectables requesting to confirm delivery, so they knew something wasn’t right. As advised I tried to contact them via the website help desk (multiple times)
I was advised they were moving warehouses and were dealing with a high volume of queries.
After over 3 weeks I managed to find an email address for them so I emailed Infinity Collectibles direct, within 48 hrs a replacement was sent out which arrived safe and sound.
Not ideal, but these things happen, and I got the item I wanted.

I placed an order on 1st December 2025 for a present for my daughter for Christmas. I never received the item. I repeatedly emailed the company and received only holding emails saying they would be in touch. The order is now listed as cancelled (as of 28th December 2025, though this is news to me as I had not been advised of this) but I have yet to receive a refund of the purchase price as of 18th February 2026.
If I could choose -100, I would. DON'T RAISE ANY ORDERS FROM THESE PEOPLE!! They are scammers! I had ronraise a dispute through the bank after placing an order a month ago, with no response whatsoever to any of my emails, or phone calls. They have a mobile phone on their web pages. Criminal behaviour, full stop.
It says 1 star but i promise you this, its 100 percent 0 stars. Same as everyone else on these reviews, i ordered and they took the money. Its now 2 months later and iv had no replies from them despite me contacting them 3 times. My orders now been cancelled but no refund in sight. Wish i'd of read theze reviews before ordering. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY! I will be constantly leaving bad reviews on every platform i can find in the hope i can stop others falling into the trap of this skanky company!
I ordered something in late November 2025. No communication, no product and most importantly no refund. The product never came for Christmas let alone at all! Not impressed. Absolute crock of sh**e
I feel scammed. I pre-ordered two items that were supposed to arrive in August and one that was expected in November. The first item didn’t show up in August, so I reached out in September for an update. They informed me it would be November. Now, it’s early December, and I still haven’t received anything and haven’t heard back in almost a month. I won't be purchasing again; this experience has proven to be extremely unreliable.
Absolute sham of a company. No communication for a week. No dispatch of order. No response to enquiries, then simply cancelled my order and I haven’t had a refund notification or a message to explain. Avoid. Don’t use. You won’t get your item.
