I placed an order on 1st December 2025 for a present for my daughter for Christmas. I never received the item. I repeatedly emailed the company and received only holding emails saying they would be in touch. The order is now listed as cancelled (as of 28th December 2025, though this is news to me as I had not been advised of this) but I have yet to receive a refund of the purchase price as of 18th February 2026.
