I placed a preorder with Infinity Collectibles on 6 January 2026 for an item advertised for release in early February. Before ordering, I checked their Trustpilot rating, which was sitting at a reassuring five stars. Based on that, I expected a reliable experience. Unfortunately, what followed was the opposite.
When early February passed with no update, I contacted them on 9 February. I never received a reply. Two full weeks went by with complete silence — no acknowledgement, no explanation, and no correction to the outdated release information still shown on their website at the time.
To make matters worse, the item I preordered has since disappeared entirely from their website, with no notice or communication to customers who already paid for it.
After giving them more than enough time to respond, I escalated the issue through PayPal. The refund was issued immediately, which strongly suggests this isn’t an isolated problem. Combined with the fact their Trustpilot rating has now dropped to 2.9 and will no doubt continue to fall, it’s clear that many customers are having similar experiences.
A retailer ignoring customers for weeks, removing products and forcing people to go through PayPal just to get basic resolution is simply not acceptable. I’m disappointed, especially after doing my homework beforehand, but the recent wave of negative reviews makes the situation much clearer.
Based on my experience, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
