I placed an order for a ring a month ago, intending to propose soon. Unfortunately, the ring has yet to arrive, and I have received no communication about it. The estimated delivery was two weeks. I have emailed the provided contact twice and still have not received a reply. I feel completely in the dark. To make things worse, the tracking app they use is not helpful; one page indicates it's still preparing for shipment, while another claims it's on its way, but I have no actual tracking information or estimated delivery date. Does anyone know how to get in touch with them? I'm struggling to get a response through the provided email and the company itself.
