I even sent it back for resizing, and it was completed and returned to me in just over a week, looking as if it were brand new due to the perfect cleaning. However, I have recently noticed a diamond missing and have emailed to see if I can get it repaired under warranty, but I haven't received any response yet. I sincerely hope to hear back soon.
