I ordered a ring on September 12, 2025, with a stated delivery time of two weeks. To date, I have not received the ring, and my emails to the company have gone unanswered. Through my own inquiries, I learned that returns should be sent to a third-party location. I have called them several times, and they confirmed they are merely acting as intermediaries. They advised me to formally request a refund from the company and to contact my bank if no resolution is reached. Given Infinity's lack of response to my emails, I seriously doubt a refund will be issued voluntarily. This leaves me with no option but to spend hours on the phone with my bank, waiting for the refund to process—a frustrating and entirely avoidable situation. I feel scammed.
