Ordered an engagement ring at the beginning of Oct 25 and was stated it was a 2 week delivery time frame its now way past that time. My partner works abroad so timing the important question is taking some planning but now the opportunity is going to pass by because of this company.I have sent a number of emails asking for an update just to be ignored. I have also requested a refund but again ignored.After reading other reviews i fear i am now left without a ring and my money stolen im now seeking legal action to try and recover some of it.Please dont buy anything from these people.
