Ordered a ring on 4th Oct and expected delivery within 2 weeks as per the website and order confirmation email. It’s been over 3 weeks now and I’ve still not received the order. I’ve emailed the company, more than once, and received no response. I am perfectly happy to wait, however would appreciate an ETA and acknowledgment of my emails. Unfortunately, having read other recent reviews, it’s seems that many others are having the same experience
