2 months and still nothing

lost my original engagement ring, ordered another on 1st september then emailed Elize stating i ordered wrong size, she responded stating she would up grade, that has been the last correspondence i've had? i have emailed numerous times and have not had anything back, been nearly 2 months since ordered. I will be contacting my credit card company to claim the monies back. I am absolutely gutted as i adored my previous ring! no i will have to look for something else :(
