I contacted Elize to ask for her assistance in finding a wedding band that would fit with my engagement ring. Elize kindly sent me a CAD but did not specify which ring was featured in this. I chased repeatedly for clarification but no response was received. I took a risk in ordering my wedding ring because I absolutely loved my engagement ring but the 2 weeks has exceeded, I haven’t received any shipping information and I have emailed repeatedly for an update and have even contacted them on Instagram with no response. Incredibly disappointed and am concerned that I will be significantly out of pocket with nothing to show for it.
