I purchased a leather jacket from them via Debenhams for my wife. In under a year the collar had started to lose its colour, leaving light patches that were very noticeable. My wife contacted them direct and at first emails were answered but nothing was being done. In end she phoned spoke to Imad who said she should send the jacket back. She asked for the postage to do this as there was obviously a fault with the dying of this jacket. Photos had been sent. Heard no more. Saw the comments on trustpilot and felt she could not trust sending the jacket back as she would lose it altogether. The quality of this jacket is not fit for purpose. You don’t expect to have the colour coming off.Very good at sounding as though they will rectify a problem, but not good at putting it into practice.Not a company to be trusted.
