Company sells counterfeit product and claims to operate out of UK but the scammer’s name is Kanish Patel and he lives in Canton Township, Michigan. His prepaid return label included all of his personal info, in case any of the multiple people filing a claim against them require it.
Boots are clearly fake, at least 10 different signs that they are.
Different product than official website photos; doesn’t have any New Rock logo stamped into the ankle like all pairs have; chipped paint revealing green underneath (not real metal); plastic buckles spray painted with silver that transfer pigment when touched; missing metal components where they should be; lines in the “leather” bodies; glue streaks everywhere; etc. Product also does not even smell like real leather. One of my pairs wasn’t even the same style as the photo on the box it came in.
I still have a pair in original mailing material for proof.
The address they claim on Google is a lifting rental company in the UK. I saw this via Google world view. I called the real company at Infinity Leather’s “address”, Rite Lift, and they verified they’ve never heard of Infinity Leather.
I confronted “Steve” aka Kanish with this, and he never directly responded to my proof.
Company claims on their website they’ve been in operation since 1991 in London UK, but their business registration license is 2017 in Michigan. You can easily find his American business license for Infinity Leather by searching Kanish Patel in Google. He registered an old address that he only lived at for a month.
Got refunds from Amazon but avoid at all costs. Upperclass Fashions LTD is the same thing with the same person, avoid that too. The real Upperclass Fashions in the UK has been boarded up for years, verify this via maps.
Also Kanish’s affiliation with New Rock means nothing, he abuses his affiliation and takes the real boots out of the boxes he is sent, but sends counterfeit goods in place of the real ones.
Seller also posts fake 5 star reviews, even one with his real last name, to try to counteract his truthful poor rating.

Business name was uk luggage now changed to infinity leathers !!I have been trying to sort out faulty suitcases since June last year 2025. I have now sent my faulty suitcases back and no one has responded to me about them. I will be taking this matter further now and seeking legal advice!!
Absolutely appalling. Ordered boots over £200 for my sons Christmas. When he opened the boots there were 2 different sizes. Back and forward to the company sent them proof of the different size boots, I sent them back they wanted proof they were sent back ( they had been signed for ) but no problem sent them proof anyway. Agreed they have them. Now it’s been 4 weeks of back and forth with them saying we are just waiting on the stock arriving. I had given them until today to either have the boots or a full refund and still have neither. So I’ve sent my last email requesting a full refund no more excuses looks like I’ll have to go down the legal route. Stay clear as this has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with.
ordered a coat from here, it arrived, had definitely been worn previously, so I sent it back and they said it was my issue and it was used. The cord on the hood also broke when I tried to tighten it. When they refused the refund they said that it was because it was used (yes the reason I was sending it back) and also it smelled of perfume (my mum is severely allergic to perfume and I dont put it on around her)...so lies. Dont order from here the quality is terrible. It cost £500 FYI and snapped within 5 mins of having it on.
Ordered a pair of New Rock boots, they were showing in stock on the website, and they were meant to be despatched the same day, I emailed them numerous times over the following days and each time they did reply, however it turned out that the items weren't in stock at the time of ordering and they were waiting for stock to arrive. After finally getting stock a few more days passed and they were shipped. After receiving the tracking number they were delivered within 48 hours.They are a genuine pair of New Rock boots. They really just need to make sure that their website accurately reflects what stock they have and to be able to ship out within the time frame given on their website. Couldn't really fault the customer service with regards to replying to the emails sent as they were faster than a lot of companies with their replies and updates.
Not gonna lie, I was quite worried after ordering and then seeing all these negative reviews… but I decided to trust my gut and let the order arrive first… they posted it out very quickly (ordered in the morning and posted by the evening)… and then a few days later, they came! Correct shoes in the correct size… I’ve seen a reviewer calling their new rocks “fake” however I know that these are very much genuine as I own a few pairs already… heavy, strong and very well made like how they always should be ☺️ take the ‘risk’ if you like but I’m glad I did, nice new pair of new rocks for a great discount!
Banging jacket , loved this jacket so good execellent fit and warm , shame about the Quality ...NOT LEATHER ...COATING scratched after just wearing it 4 times 🤷 gutted ...purchased thru Amazon so got my money back in full ...DO NOT purchase direct from these Asian cowboys
