I probably won’t be able to fit all my thoughts here which describes how upset i am. First of all, the communication was appalling from day one, enquiring about the car was almost instant replies until after i bought my BMW suddenly communication disappeared. Every time i phoned, i would get a ‘you’ve come through to the wrong department but I’ve let them know so you’ll get a call back’ - i never got calls back and also they only have one mobile number so you can’t necessarily decide who you call through to. This leads me into why i kept calling. When i first saw the car, of course there was some imperfections but i was told it was only the cosmetic, and any issues would be fixed before i could collect it. During this time of them ‘fixing’ any issues, i never got communication until either me or my dad actually phoned in and then we would get told the above. Let alone also getting told different things by people. One day something had been fixed, the next apparently it’s booked in for tomorrow to fix.Fast forward to the collection, smooth process and i was excited so 5 stars there. Until barely even a month after collecting, a strange noise and lack of power. I phoned to get it booked in, and fair enough, it was pretty quick to be brought in. Prior to this, i told them i needed the car by a certain time and day since i was driving to a holiday destination. Again, communication was bad and i got my car 5 minutes before heading off on my trip, which was not ideal but atleast fixed. Apparently there was a loose turbo clip, something to do with the exhaust and glow plugs.Fast forward to now not even 3 months after the previous issue, driving on a main road and my car goes into limp mode with a code flashing up to do with transmission. I manage to drive it home, and a week or so later got it checked by a different garage due to not trusting infinity. I have been told that the entire underneath of my car looks almost like it’s been crashed. My exhaust has been stuffed with filler. My turbo has been sent away to see if any damage has been done. 1 glow plug was changed but not the rest. This is almost laughable. In addition to this, my bonnet was not shut properly when i first ever collected the car, however i thought this could have been a cosmetic issue due to previous issues, until i opened it to have a look at something in the engine bay. It was until my partner put the bonnet back down that we realised it was actually never shut properly. Also, the garage i went to recently told me that the front bumper had never been fitted properly and infinity motors had to take this off to respray it due to cosmetic damage at the start which had been fixed. Some of these issues are very dangerous, let alone us having to pay a fee for them so say checking all of these issues before releasing it to me which they very much clearly didn’t. I’m extremely upset, yet i cannot change it so i am hoping to persuade anyone reading this to choose better. Definitely think twice before purchasing a car from here!
