Had a lovely time there was able to buy a nice car. It's really well maintained and I am happy to say I am satisfied with the general customer service. Ibrahim was the salesman he was able to give the history details for the car and service. Overall friendly staff and good communication. Highly recommend buying a second hand car here!!
Fantastic experience with Jordan Infinity Motors. Jordan provided outstanding service from start to finish friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

We purchased our car a year ago and were extremely happy with how the sales staff dealt with our questions . Sadly we had a few issues with the car but had taken out the 12 month warranty with them. Every garage bill we submitted was paid in full. Tracy from the after sales team has been brilliant.
Bought a car from Infinity Motors in July 2025 and it has been an absolute nightmare. Not even a full year of ownership and the problems just do not stop. While the car was still under warranty, trying to get hold of anyone was painful. Calls and emails ignored, slow responses, and generally very poor customer service. I had to visit multiple times in person just to get any progress. The car had a strong cigarette smell from day one - even after being valeted and after paying their so-called “admin fee”. On top of that, the car had scratches and dents that were not obvious at first glance. As a first-time car buyer, I feel completely taken advantage of. I genuinely feel like I fell into a trap.Mechanically, it’s been one issue after another:- Thermostat problems- Ball joints with play- Flexi pipe issues- Engine mount problemsAnd that’s not even the full list.To be fair, Leigh did authorise some of the work, but every time one issue was fixed, another problem immediately appeared. There was never a point where the car felt reliable or properly sorted.Yes, I understand that used cars may need repairs, but not to this extent, especially considering how much I paid and the fact the car was sold with a warranty. They advertise themselves as selling the “Best Used Cars”, but in my experience that slogan is just wording without meaning.Buying from Infinity Motors has been stressful, time-consuming, and expensive. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before buying a car from here - especially if you’re a first-time buyer.Other 5 star reviews here might be fake!
If you’re looking to get your first car, Infinity motors is an excellent choice! I recently bought my first car from there, and it was a really easy process. Colin was really helpful in finding me a car that I was comfortable driving and within my budget. He was professional and made sure I had all the details and information I needed.
I probably won’t be able to fit all my thoughts here which describes how upset i am. First of all, the communication was appalling from day one, enquiring about the car was almost instant replies until after i bought my BMW suddenly communication disappeared. Every time i phoned, i would get a ‘you’ve come through to the wrong department but I’ve let them know so you’ll get a call back’ - i never got calls back and also they only have one mobile number so you can’t necessarily decide who you call through to. This leads me into why i kept calling. When i first saw the car, of course there was some imperfections but i was told it was only the cosmetic, and any issues would be fixed before i could collect it. During this time of them ‘fixing’ any issues, i never got communication until either me or my dad actually phoned in and then we would get told the above. Let alone also getting told different things by people. One day something had been fixed, the next apparently it’s booked in for tomorrow to fix.Fast forward to the collection, smooth process and i was excited so 5 stars there. Until barely even a month after collecting, a strange noise and lack of power. I phoned to get it booked in, and fair enough, it was pretty quick to be brought in. Prior to this, i told them i needed the car by a certain time and day since i was driving to a holiday destination. Again, communication was bad and i got my car 5 minutes before heading off on my trip, which was not ideal but atleast fixed. Apparently there was a loose turbo clip, something to do with the exhaust and glow plugs.Fast forward to now not even 3 months after the previous issue, driving on a main road and my car goes into limp mode with a code flashing up to do with transmission. I manage to drive it home, and a week or so later got it checked by a different garage due to not trusting infinity. I have been told that the entire underneath of my car looks almost like it’s been crashed. My exhaust has been stuffed with filler. My turbo has been sent away to see if any damage has been done. 1 glow plug was changed but not the rest. This is almost laughable. In addition to this, my bonnet was not shut properly when i first ever collected the car, however i thought this could have been a cosmetic issue due to previous issues, until i opened it to have a look at something in the engine bay. It was until my partner put the bonnet back down that we realised it was actually never shut properly. Also, the garage i went to recently told me that the front bumper had never been fitted properly and infinity motors had to take this off to respray it due to cosmetic damage at the start which had been fixed. Some of these issues are very dangerous, let alone us having to pay a fee for them so say checking all of these issues before releasing it to me which they very much clearly didn’t. I’m extremely upset, yet i cannot change it so i am hoping to persuade anyone reading this to choose better. Definitely think twice before purchasing a car from here!
originally was going to buy a Skoda Yeti from Shawn at Infinity Motors in September and put a £250 deposit down. Due to personal circumstances I couldn't continue with the purchase, so rang Shawn to explain , he refunded my deposit straight away without any quibble. I was so impressed with their customer service that I promised to buy a car from there when my circumstances were better. I recently saw a car I really liked on their website and contacted Shawn who arranged for the car to be prepped and made ready for me to Test Drive. The car was immaculate, in great condition, with low milage and a great price. After a hassle free visit and test drive I purchased the car with a 12 month Warranty that covered everything on the car. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything I didn't want. The whole experience was seamless and I highly reccomend Infinity Motors and Shawn when looking for a quality used car.
