First of all, after purchasing the option to download Instagram accounts, I was assured that all of them would be of the highest quality, which turned out to be false—half of them looked pixelated, while everything was fine on Instagram. I was assured that the problem would be quickly resolved and that I would receive compensation. I reported the problem on August 22, it is now September 11, and I still have not received a satisfactory solution. However, immediately after reporting the problem, they canceled my subscription without my knowledge. Secondly, I have been ignored on both their “24/7” online chat and in emails for nearly a month. I wholeheartedly do not recommend and advise against using their services.
