Today, the site says “download limit 10 out of 10 reached,” even though I haven’t downloaded a single thing.This site isn’t working properly, and they shouldn’t have introduced a paid model or limited free plan while it’s this unreliable.I wouldn’t be surprised if 99% of the positive reviews here are fake.
Inflact has increased prices without increasing quality. Out of sudden, they just stopped our plan and pushed us to a plan which was 20% more expensive, with the same tools provided.We restart their bot almost daily after getting an Instagram verification, so I am not sure which value they offer for this new price point.
I’ve been using Inflact for a long time and I personally contacted support several times asking for the option to download content separately. Posts, reels, stories, highlights. I’m really happy they finally added this feature. It makes such a big difference for my workflow and saves me a lot of time. Now I can download exactly what I need without extra steps.I also like the new Media section. It’s much easier to keep everything organized in one place instead of constantly downloading files to my device. The update system is very clear too. You can quickly check what’s new and update only the content you want.Huge thanks to the team for actually listening to user feedback. This update genuinely made my work much easier.
I was scammed by this service. First of all, after purchasing the option to download Instagram accounts, I was assured that all of them would be of the highest quality, which turned out to be false—half of them looked pixelated, while everything was fine on Instagram. I was assured that the problem would be quickly resolved and that I would receive compensation. I reported the problem on August 22, it is now September 11, and I still have not received a satisfactory solution. However, immediately after reporting the problem, they canceled my subscription without my knowledge. Secondly, I have been ignored on both their “24/7” online chat and in emails for nearly a month. I wholeheartedly do not recommend and advise against using their services.
