They dont even deserve a one!!I ordered 2 of the sleep masks for gifts for my kids in November. They were sending weird updates that I couldn't understand, so I asked when can I expect these masks? No real answer! I still have not gotten the sleep masks, so now I want my money back. I have not heard from them since. I hope I get the money back, $200.56 is alot! My bank is working on it, lesson learned, read reviews before purchasing. Lots more people have had bad experiences! 👎 UPDATE: yesterday December 16, I finally received the masks that I ordered November 27. They are gifts for family. I will not change my rating as the communication for this company is terrible and I will never buy again from them. I did not get this for me so I can only rate the company I purchased from and not the product! I hope it works for the people I bought for, but my lesson is learned!
