Terrible applications and support

Terrible e-mail application and support is also not good. I wanted to have an european email address. I found your service. I created an account.. Sofar so good. I then felt @ikmail sounds weird and bought a domain to give me a more decent email address.. And then the hassle started. After buying the domain you not get an email confirmation neither a proper easy way to get an email with the new domain. I send an email to support, no answer after 48 hours despite they state you get a respond with 24 hours.. i then call they helpdesk. It says in the web 7 minutes waiting time.. but i waited 30 minutes. I spoke to an engineer asked him if he can configure it for me.. but he only send me an powerpoint of 10 pages. (this shows already how complex it is because NEVER i have seen an email service which needs 10 powerpoints to explain how you can generate a new email address. . It is just a complete disaster. I now have spent another 45 minutes.. and yes I now have my email address.. but have no clue how to access it. It is the most terrible email system I ever seen. It is far too complex. It looks designed by engineers not net tested for users. It looks something developed years ago and with add on options made more and more complex.. It is just a complete disaster. I paid 20 USD for my email domain and my storage. A Complete waste of money.. This is a reaction on the feedback below. You did send a 10 page document with instructions. I had to call an 2nd time and waited again much langer than the 4 minutes as stated on the screen and your own engineer confirmed that it is often seen rather seen as complex by other customers as well. The support engineer is friendly but it is obvious redicolous you need to call twice to setup an account. I never had to call gmail or Yahoo or protonmail. The application is just far too complex. Even importing mail from one infomaniak account to another requires modification of device passwords. It is a monster application.. likely grown overtime and with too many options.
