Regarding your Infonet Pro plan, it has now been fully cancelled.Your contract, initially taken out for a 12-month period at €79 (excl. VAT) per month, is now null and void: you are released from any commitment and no amount remains due (please find a screenshot attached for confirmation). It appears that the Infonet Pro plan was subscribed to directly during your navigation. This service is not limited to obtaining a single document; it also provides access to features such as data extraction and analysis, solvency indicators, and the creation of prospecting files. Concerning the signature displayed on the contract, which understandably may have caused concern, this is in fact a representation of your agreement when validating the terms during subscription. It is automatically generated by the Evidency application, which records the date, time and IP address of the connection. This is, of course, in no way an attempt at impersonation. Allow me to briefly provide some context.Our subscription process is designed to be as clear and transparent as possible: pricing, commitment period and terms are reiterated at several stages, up to final validation, and again in the confirmation email.That said, we are aware that when navigating quickly, some elements may be skimmed over, even though they are clearly displayed.
