This company is a total scam. I am taking legal action because they are fraudsters. And then ask why these fraudsters have an evaluation of 4 stars ? This is because they insist on customers giving an evaluation before they are sending any documents...So by demanding this the "customers" just hope to get the documents they need. But the reality is they get nothing - they will just be blackmailed. I will also take this up with the management of Trustpilot because this is how these faudsters manipulate their score. Disgusting !

I tried to buy a single KBis for €3, but on clicking what I thought was acceptance of this one off order was somehow automatically signed up for a €79/month annual subscription. The KBis was never delivered (I didn’t download it). Customer service refused to cancel and threatened excessive charges in a very intimidating way. Beware — this service is misleading.
I only intended to buy one document, but they subscribed me to a 12-month plan. Customer service refused to help. They insist that I signed a contract with them, which I was neither presented with nor made aware of.my conclusion it is a well made scam. at least in my case
