UPDATE After intervention of the quality assurance member, a proper solution was proposed. Thank you I wanted to buy 1 company information paper of 2,69 euro. By my mistake I didn't notice (or it's just not transpartent enought) a bought also a subscription of 99 euro. Only noticing it after 3 months of payments which are almost untracable because the discription is something like HPAY3 Barcelona....As I didn't use the service at all I asked them if they can, at least partially, pay back the money. It seems there is no customer understanding at this company. So be carefull as it seems they are just there to take money.
