This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. After making a payment, they fail to send the item and leave you uncertain about its arrival. Responses to inquiries take days, and they often don't understand the questions being asked. If you inquire about the item's availability, their reply is simply that they do not have it. You end up waiting 72 hours for another frustrating response.
