I purchased earphones from Servicios Informáticos Pavón, S.L.. After just a few weeks of use, the left earbud stopped working properly and had extremely low volume.
I contacted the company, and they asked me to send the product to their facilities for inspection. After examining it, they returned the earphones without repairing or replacing them, claiming there were no abnormalities. The only documentation provided was a very basic report with just one brief sentence and no proper explanation.
When I contacted them again to follow up, they began requesting videos showing the issue, even though they had already had the product in their possession for inspection. This felt unreasonable and frustrating.
Overall, my experience has been very disappointing. Customer service has been unhelpful and often responds with copy-and-paste messages that do not address my specific concerns.
I would not recommend this company. Based on my experience, it is best to avoid.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, AVOID THIS SELLER. They sent me a non-functional product and delayed the return process for a refund. Now, after a month, they claim not to have received the returned item. This company should not be allowed to operate and deceive customers.
I received a broken microwave and they refuse to exchange or refund it, claiming it's my problem. It arrived in perfect packaging! They clearly sent a defective product. I am filing all possible complaints and reviews against this service; they are scammers and fraudulent.
