After installing the TBC in my 2020 RAM it would not display on the 12" Uconnect screen. I was invited to your facility in Oviedo and Crystal and the guys diagnosed the problem and did a little re-programing in less than an hour and problem solved.Helpful Hint: Remove the last page of instructions from the kit, its not needed, its for dealership installs.
