Review Time
It was not great . I bought a denso nav radio for my truck worked great but no volume . So I bought the non gm bose amp kit . It did not work , they replaced it bingo great sound . But when the out side temp fell below 50 or so no sound . But after it warmed up it worked . They replaced that one and it did the same thing . Now they just replaced this last one and it still does the same only works when it warms up . I do not know to do . All you get is AI help . I need someone to fiquire this out as it is getting cold here in ohio . I would like to hear my radio before it warms up in the spring . I just hope someone at infotainment reads this and helps .
Excellent customer service with knowledgeable representatives explaining the technical aspects of my order. They were so easy to work with and I was able to get a very high quality product which fixed the radio problems in my 2018 canyon. I highly recommend!
Perfect replacement for my 2020 RAM 2500. Worked as expected out of the box. Took over a month to receive unfortunately due to item being OOS/backordered. Customer service was responsive but the one thing that needs improvement are the install instructions. Not every step is well pictured or documented and had to figure out on my own.
Ordered a tailgate camera for a 2017 ram 2500 that only came with a cargo camera. The package came and was supper easy to install and setup. The ODB programmer worked better then I was expecting and the the camera pops up on the screen when the truck is out into reverse. Excellent well thought out setup.
I purchased the electric trailer brake for my 2025 Ford F150 Shelby. I couldn’t believe it didn’t come standard with truck, especially with a MSRP of $141K. The dealership didn’t offer the option as an add on. Luckily, I found Infotainment.com. I installed it in 15 minutes and I barely know how to change my oil. It was so simple and it works perfectly. I’m looking forward to towing my motorcycle trailer 600 miles for Bike Week in Daytona.
Ordered a cargo backup camera for my 2024 Ram 2500. Started out the wire harnesses looked different than the photos online, and the light has an extra camera in it. When I scanned the QR code it was actually for a camera that appeared to be aftermarket in looks because it was a ring with the camera hanging from it (not what I received at all). When I went to attach the harness to the screen, I realized I had to take an additional part off in order to connect the harness to the correct location and also remove more screws around the speedometer than any video showed. I was able to figure most everything on my own, but the pics of the product and videos try to combine too many variations that make one assume how it should work.
