The goggles have broken again. This is the second pair to fail in under two months since the last replacement. Same issue, same flimsy construction. Completely unacceptable. I’ve emailed support twice and received no response. However, when I posted on a review site, they quickly appeared. This indicates how the company operates. If an accessory cannot withstand normal use for more than a few weeks, it is not fit for purpose. I expect a proper, durable replacement, not another flimsy pair destined to break again. This needs to be addressed. Customers shouldn’t have to escalate matters just to receive basic support.
