Impressive experience

Wow. Fast delivery within 48 hours. I purchased the joint wrap and am already enjoying it. It’s early days, but I feel less pain in my shoulder, which had been problematic. I bought it for my knee, but being able to use it on my shoulder is a significant bonus. I would definitely recommend.

Not suitable for use

The goggles have broken again. This is the second pair to fail in under two months since the last replacement. Same issue, same flimsy construction. Completely unacceptable. I’ve emailed support twice and received no response. However, when I posted on a review site, they quickly appeared. This indicates how the company operates. If an accessory cannot withstand normal use for more than a few weeks, it is not fit for purpose. I expect a proper, durable replacement, not another flimsy pair destined to break again. This needs to be addressed. Customers shouldn’t have to escalate matters just to receive basic support.

I purchased a Pro Max a month and a half before the Black Friday deals were announced. I reached out regarding the lower price that included a free body wrap and store credit. They honored the new offer by refunding the difference, sending the body wrap, and applying the store credit.

Pricing policy inconsistency

I bought the body wrap a few weeks ago. While I find it somewhat cumbersome as a petite person, I decided to keep it for its potential benefits. Shortly after receiving it, I noticed it was significantly discounted for Black Friday. I contacted customer service for a price match, referencing another customer who received one. I also emailed the support team, but was told no adjustment could be made since my order was confirmed. I followed up with evidence of the post-purchase discount but have yet to receive a response. It’s disappointing to see such inconsistency, and I expected a clear policy rather than varying decisions. Other companies have honored price differences when sales occur shortly after purchases. The lack of consistent customer service makes me reconsider future purchases. UPDATE: After my review, I received an email confirming a price adjustment. I appreciate their response.
