Delays in shipment and when a shipment did arrive it was incomplete. Emails advised additional items ordered would arrive in 3-5 days time, which never happened and when emailed for ETA advised delivery would be a few weeks.Returned under their 60 day return policy, however nothing was refunded after a week and again when questioned advised 5-7 business days more .EditInfraredi response is incorrect Yes was pre-ordered however still sent later than date advised Other parts to be received within days of initial shipment never arrived.Quote from Joyce at Infraredi "You should receive the amount within 5-7 business days."
